A 48-hour cancellation policy applies to all appointments. Failure to notify us 48 hours prior to your appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we handle these situations with compassion and understanding.

As a courtesy to our team and other clients, please notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, or no-shows, will incur a fee.
